This is a quick and easy smoothie that contains blueberries, banana, pineapple, and leafy greens in the form of spinach. It's tasty and sweet and the kids even like it! Drink this alongside a handful of nuts and you can swipe 5 items off of your Weekly Wins list!
Ingredients
1 banana
1 cup of frozen blueberries
1/2 cup of frozen pineapple
a large fistful of baby spinach
1/2 cup of almond milk
1/2 cup water (maybe slightly more if you need more for blending)
Toss everything into a blender (Vitamix if you have one) and blend thoroughly!
